London Chelsea has managed to find loopholes to circumvent financial fair-play within the Premier League, but here's a rule recently introduced by UEFA that will make life much more difficult for the London club.
Details: At the end of August, the European confederation confirmed that clubs will be banned from recording proceeds from the sale of assets to related companies. This, according to Football Insider, is what Chelsea took advantage of by selling the club's hotels and part of its training ground. But the loophole will be covered, albeit from next year.
